Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
You bet. Warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue are all sitting in our warehouse ready to go. No waiting on shipments, ever. Say yes and your Allendale house is usually glowing that same week.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do, the whole deal. We hang the lights, pull them down in January, and store everything at our shop. Your garage shelves never know the difference.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are. Every crew member on your property carries our full insurance coverage. Ask and we will share proof before day one.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Rarely needed, since our bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours. If one quits during the season, we are out the next day to swap it. At no cost to you.
Can you install lights we already own?
We bring our own commercial grade lights instead. Store strands were never built for pro mounting or Michigan winters, and we can only stand behind lights we supply. Nothing to buy, nothing to untangle.
Do we need to be home during the install?
Nope! Everything happens outside, so installs run while the kids are at school and the grown ups are at work. Design is settled beforehand and the timers do the rest, so the house greets you lit.
