Q.How far ahead should I book an event planner?
A.Large summer events and graduation weekends are best locked in several months out, since inventory and dates both move fast around here. Smaller gatherings often come together in two or three weeks. Call (616) 319-2107 and we will tell you what is genuinely still available.
Q.Do you supply the equipment too?
A.Yes, and that keeps things simple. Inflatables, games, tents, tables and chairs all come from our own warehouse, so you get one quote, one crew and one point of contact instead of chasing three vendors on event day.
Q.What kinds of events do you plan?
A.School carnivals and field days, church festivals, company picnics, fundraisers, graduation parties, community celebrations and big backyard parties. If it needs a layout, a schedule and a truck full of gear, we can run it.
Q.Which areas do you serve?
A.All over West Michigan, with free delivery and setup inside our core ring. That ring runs from Hudsonville on the west to Ada on the east, and from Rockford on the north down to Wayland on the south, plus every town in between, so Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Kentwood, Grandville, Walker, Jenison, Comstock Park, Belmont, Byron Center, Caledonia and Cascade are all covered. Events on the outskirts of that ring are still very welcome, they simply carry a delivery charge that we quote up front so there are no surprises.
Q.How does pricing work?
A.One written quote covering planning, equipment, delivery, setup and teardown, with taxes and fees already included. Nothing hourly shows up afterward and nothing gets added once the crew is on site.
Q.Are you insured and safety trained?
A.Fully insured, and the badges at the top of this site back it up. Our crews hold the Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification through SIOTO, the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization, and we are members of the Inflatable Operators Association, so everything we stake, anchor and inflate follows that training. Venues and municipalities regularly ask for our certificates of insurance and we turn those around fast.
