All the time. Hoops get runs routed above the backboard line, trampolines keep their clearance, and buried cords stay clear of where sleds and cleats travel. A family yard should still work as a family yard in December.
Can we split the install, roof now and trees later?
Yes, phasing is easy. Plenty of Caledonia families do the roofline in early November and add wrapped trees or the back deck closer to Christmas as budget or plans firm up. Each phase gets its own firm price before we start it.
