Frequently Asked Questions

Can lights wrap a pool deck or hot tub area?

Yes, and winter hot tub households love it. Cafe strands and wrapped rails around a pool deck or spa area extend the display into the backyard you actually use in December, with every connection kept well clear of water and GFCI protected.

Where does the crew park during the install?

Wherever you prefer. Default is the street or the driveway apron, never blocking the garage, and on narrow shared lanes we walk equipment in. Tell us your preference at the design visit and it goes on the work order.

What if lights are stolen or vandalized?

In years of installs it has almost never happened, but if a strand walks off or gets damaged, we replace it under the season service coverage and adjust the mounting if location invited trouble. You are not billed for bad luck.

Can you coordinate with our snow plow service?

Absolutely. We note where your plow stacks snow and keep ground level cords, stakes and tree wraps out of the blade path. A quick heads up to your plow contractor about our cord runs finishes the coordination.

What does the yard look like after a January takedown?

Like nobody was there. Clips come off clean, strands coil into labeled storage, stakes come out of the frozen ground with the right tools, and we walk the property before leaving. Spring reveals no trace of December.

What paperwork proves your crew is covered?

Full liability insurance, the licensed and insured badge in our site header, IOA membership and the SIOTO Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification, all documentable before the crew arrives.
