Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you install on manufactured or modular homes?
We do. Manufactured homes around Cedar Springs often have vinyl fascia and shallower eaves, so we switch to clip styles made for that trim and keep all weight off the skirting. The display looks identical from the street, and nothing we attach voids a manufacturer warranty.
Can you outline our windows as well as the roof?
Window framing is one of our favorite upgrades. Straight runs of warm white around the front panes make a house look hand drawn at night, and it reads beautifully on the shorter ranches where a roofline alone can feel thin. We size the frames during the design visit so every window matches.
Will you photograph our house for your advertising?
Only with your written okay. We love showing off finished Cedar Springs displays, but nothing from your property appears in our galleries or social pages unless you sign off first, and we never tag street names or addresses when you do.
Can you haul away the old lights we used to hang ourselves?
Yes, bring out the bins during our install and we will take retired strands off your hands. Working sets go to local charities before Thanksgiving and dead ones head to an electronics recycler, so your garage shelf finally clears without anything going in the trash.
Are solar Christmas lights worth it here?
Not in a Michigan December. Short gray days rarely charge a solar cell enough for a full evening of glow, so displays fade by dinnertime. Our installs run off your exterior outlets on timers, which costs pennies a night and never quits before the neighbors head to bed.
Could you light the pole barn and detached garage too?
Absolutely, and on larger Cedar Springs properties the outbuildings often steal the show. We bundle the house, barn, and garage into one design so the whole homestead reads as a single glowing scene from the road, with power planned for each building before install day.
Straight Up US-131 from the Hall Street Shop
Our crews load at 401 Hall St SW and ride US-131 north past Rockford to the Cedar Springs exit in a bit over half an hour. Because the route is pure expressway, mid-season service calls out here get handled just as fast as the ones around the shop.
