Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes! We keep warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue fully stocked year round. Supply never slows us down. Most East Grand Rapids families see their lights up within days of booking.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
All three, yes. Install, takedown, and off season storage at our warehouse are all part of the package. The attic ladder stays folded.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, fully covered. Our full liability policy rides along on every single job. Happy to show the paperwork before we start.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs carry a 50,000 light hour rating, so most families never see one fail. When one does go dark, next day service brings it back. Free, always.
Can you install lights we already own?
Nope, we hang only our own commercial grade system. Big box lights cannot handle professional clips or lake effect weather, so our guarantee covers our equipment only. Your tangled bins can finally retire.
Do we need to be home during the install?
Not at all. All the work is outdoors, so the crew does not need anyone home. You approve the look first, timers handle dusk, and coming home is the big reveal.
A Short Hop from Hall Street to Reeds Lake
Our building at 401 Hall St SW is about a ten minute drive from most East Grand Rapids addresses, straight out Hall to the lake. Close enough that a dark strand in December never waits long. Here is the pin and what customers say.
