Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes! We keep warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue fully stocked year round. No waiting on shipments, ever. In Forest Hills the gap between booking and glowing is typically just days.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
All three, yes. We hang the lights, pull them down in January, and store everything at our shop. Nothing ever comes home to clutter your storage.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, fully covered. Every crew member on your property carries our full insurance coverage. Documentation is ready whenever you want it.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs carry a 50,000 light hour rating, so most families never see one fail. If one quits during the season, we are out the next day to swap it. And it never costs a dime.
Can you install lights we already own?
Nope, we hang only our own commercial grade system. Store strands were never built for pro mounting or Michigan winters, and we can only stand behind lights we supply. You never shop for or store a single strand.
Do we need to be home during the install?
Not at all. Everything happens outside, so installs run while the kids are at school and the grown ups are at work. With the plan locked in and timers set, the family comes home to the glow.
