Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Always. Warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue never leave our shelves. Supply never slows us down. Most Hudsonville families see their lights up within days of booking.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes, start to finish. Install, takedown, and off season storage at our warehouse are all part of the package. The attic ladder stays folded.
Are you fully insured?
One hundred percent yes. Our full liability policy rides along on every single job. Happy to show the paperwork before we start.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
With 50,000 light hour bulbs, outages are the exception. When one does go dark, next day service brings it back. Free, always.
Can you install lights we already own?
We stick to our own commercial grade gear. Big box lights cannot handle professional clips or lake effect weather, so our guarantee covers our equipment only. Your tangled bins can finally retire.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No need whatsoever. All the work is outdoors, so the crew does not need anyone home. You approve the look first, timers handle dusk, and coming home is the big reveal.
