Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes, everything is in stock: warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue, sitting in our warehouse ready to hang. Most Lowell families see their display up within days of saying yes.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do, the full circle. We install it, we take it down after the holidays, and we store it all at our place until next year. The attic ladder stays folded.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, fully insured with every crew member covered, and we are glad to share proof of coverage before the first ladder touches your gutter.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours, so most families never see one quit. If a bulb does go dark during the season, we are out the next day to swap it, free.
Can you install lights we already own?
We bring our own commercial grade lights, and honestly that is the best part. Store bought strands were never meant for pro mounting or lake effect weather, and we cannot promise next day fixes on bulbs we did not supply. Ours come with that promise built in, and your bins of tangled lights can finally retire.
Do we need to be home during the install?
Nope! All the action is outdoors, so most installs happen while the kids are at school and the grown ups are at work. We agree on the look first, set the timers for dusk, and the family gets the fun part: pulling in after dark to a glowing house.
