Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Every color is already in the warehouse: warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue. No ordering, no waiting on trucks. Say yes to a Northview quote and the lights usually go up inside a week.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes, soup to nuts. We install it, we come back in January to take every bit of it down, and it all lives at our shop until next Christmas. Your attic stays an attic.
Are you fully insured?
One hundred percent. We are a licensed and insured outfit, each crew carries full liability coverage, and paperwork is ready whenever you want to see it.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
The bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours, so it almost never happens. If one gives up early, we are back the next day to fix it, no charge and no fuss.
Can you install lights we already own?
We hang only our own commercial grade system. Big box strands cannot survive Michigan winters or professional clips, and our next day fix promise only works on lights we know inside out. You never buy or store a thing.
Do we need to be home during the install?
Not at all. Everything happens outside, the design was settled before install day, and the timers click on at dusk. Most Northview families just come home to it glowing.
Practically in Our Backyard
Northview might be the closest stop on our whole winter route, a quick shot up Plainfield from the shop. That means same week quotes, install dates that stick, and a fast swing by whenever something needs attention. Call (616) 319-2107.
